A 19th Century mahogany & cast iron reading stand comprising a lectern top with gallery bottom and folding latches raised on a cylindrical brass column with central circular tray all raised on a cast iron scroll leg base.
A multi functional piece which will hold a book and a big glass of something but would also look fantastic holding a menu at the entrance to a restaurant or coffee shop.
In great antique condition with the exception of a fairly good and functional repair to the tray as photograph.

I use door-to-door couriers for really large items, parcel force, and royal mail for everything else. I'm also now using stronger, better quality packaging materials that where possible are recycled.
Courier costs on large furniture items has increased due to inflation but rather than increase what i charge customers I have two options.
Standard Delivery: (large furniture £60) this is the same price since 2019 but instead of delivering within two to three weeks I’m increasing this to four-five weeks. By extending the delivery schedule larger runs are put together and costs are spread.
Express Delivery: (large furniture) If customers would rather a quicker delivery service of within two weeks this is possible. The cost of an extra £10 which can be paid after ordering via PayPal.
International shipping of large furniture chest of drawers, tables etc items by door to door courier is available to customers in Europe, please inbox for a costs.
International shipping of items that can be boxed and sent via DHL or Parcel Force are now better quoting for on an individual basis so again please inbox me for costs.
