Condition

Please consider that although our descriptions are as accurate as possible, all our items show evidence of use and wear from their history. Please, take every opportunity to satisfy yourself an item is in the condition you require prior to ordering and feel free to get in touch if you need any further details.

Prices
Prices are in Sterling. Prices exclude delivery, the delivery cost is added at checkout where applicable. In the very unlikely event that a price is incorrect due to human error or otherwise we retain the right to cancel or change orders.

Photography and descriptions
We work to ensure our descriptions, prominence, and history of items are correct and priced accordingly. Stock listed photographs are taken with as clear a representation of the item as is possible.

Delivery info
The delivery price is based on the item and your location which is added to the basket on purchase. Delivery to the UK takes between 5-7 days working days so please take consideration of this when ordering on weekends or during holiday periods. Delivery times to Europe and the rest of the world is subject to location and item ordered. Some items are marked FREE delivery which refers to the UK and some parts of Europe. We offer a free delivery service on ALL items locally to Cardiff, Wales UK. Please get in touch to discuss delivery prior to purchase should you have any doubts.

Returns/Liability
If you are not totally happy with your purchase we are happy for you to return the item for a full refund within the usual 14-day terms. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund delivery costs and you will need to pay for delivery back to us. If an item is believed to be faulty or damaged we will work with you to rectify and a full refund.

From time to time there may be evidence of previous woodworm in some of our antique furniture. We do re-treat these items as a precaution, however, we cannot guarantee treatments as totally effective. Alt interiors cannot be held liable for any damage caused to furniture supplied, or otherwise owned by the buyer.

All images, artwork, and photographs on this website are copyrighted and belong to Alt Interiors but available for personal use. Should they be needed for commercial use please contact us for permission.
