Alt Interiors is now running as a small sole trader business created by dealer Gavin Rickard and based in Cardiff South Wales. 

When buying I’m attracted to design, colour, materials, textures and functionality but I also buy things that have an attraction I can’t immediately explain, it might be the story of a piece it might be that it’s really past its best but has a charm. 

For me it’s often about reclaiming sometimes even saving something from being lost but always with minimal restoration. Safety and functionality is paramount in any restoration but after that I like to leave in the signs of use, the story, the dents and so the real character. 

I want every customer to love what they have bought so satisfaction and confidence in buying from me is my priority. I’m an open, honest and friendly dealer who will happily do a deal. I enjoy working with customers to find the pieces they want even if not on my site so feel free to get in touch.

The lamp I bought is so much nicer than the picture online, looks really lovely in my lounge. It was well packed and delivered with care. I will definitely look on Gav’s site if I want anything in that line in the future.
